I'm a board-certified Nurse Practitioner specializing in women's health, licensed in both New York and New Jersey. After years of working within traditional healthcare systems, I founded Flourish Women's Health because I believe every woman deserves care that is unhurried, thorough, and rooted in partnership.

As a telehealth-only, cash-pay practice, Flourish Women's Health exists outside the insurance model — which means more time for you, less paperwork for everyone, and care that's truly centered on your needs.

Do you accept insurance? +
Flourish Women's Health is a cash-pay practice and does not bill insurance directly. However, we can provide a detailed superbill that you can submit to your insurance company for potential out-of-network reimbursement. Many HSA and FSA accounts can also be used for visits.
What states do you see patients in? +
We are currently licensed to see patients in New York and New Jersey. You must be physically located in one of these states at the time of your telehealth visit.
How do telehealth visits work? +
After booking, you'll receive a secure video link for your appointment. Visits are held on a HIPAA-compliant platform and can be accessed from any smartphone, tablet, or computer. No downloads required.
Can you prescribe medications? +
Yes. As a licensed Nurse Practitioner with full prescriptive authority in New York and New Jersey, I can prescribe a wide range of medications including contraceptives, hormone therapy, antibiotics, and more, sent directly to your pharmacy of choice.
What if I need a physical exam or lab work? +
For services requiring an in-person exam (such as Pap smears or IUD insertion), I'll provide a referral to a trusted local provider. Lab orders can be sent to a lab near you, or at-home testing kits may be arranged.
Is there a cancellation policy? +
We ask for at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a $50 fee. Memberships can be paused or cancelled at any time with 30 days notice.
